End of term arrangements

Dear Parents/Carers, Arrangements for the End of Term on Wednesday 19 December 2018 (School Closes at 1.00 pm) Please be aware that normal school uniform is to worn on the last day of term. Additionally, the following arrangements have been put in place for the last day of term, including an early departure. 9.00 – 11.00 am Lessons 1 and 2 11.00 – 11.20 am Break as normal (the main provision of food will be at break-time) 11.20 am – 12.00 pm Lesson 3 12.00 – 12.40 pm Lesson 4 12.40 – 1.00 pm Tutor time 1.00 pm Students Depart the Academy For those students who travel home via bus, the bus will arrive at 1.00 pm for a 1.13 pm departure (please ensure your son/daughter purchases a return ticket in the morning as the bus driver will not be able to charge fares from the school at this time).
