  • Pupils entered by the school for the EBacc qualification in 2019 (14%) compares unfavourably to national (40%) with a school EBacc APS (2.81) compared to national (4.07)
  • 4% of students achieved the EBacc qualification at grade 4+
  • School 2019 Basics data again compares unfavourably with national at 4+ (47%) compared to national (65%) and at 5+ (23%) compared to national (43%)
  • 97% of pupils either stayed in education or went into employment after Year 11 in 2019, above the national average of 94%

 

Outcomes trends: 2019 to 2021

 Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, pupils did not sit GCSE examinations in 2020 and 2021.   Centre Assessed Grades were awarded in 2020 and Teacher Assessed Grades in 2021, both showing significant improvement on the 2019 examination results.  Headline trends are detailed below:
