We eagerly await Sports Day every year at Ernulf Academy—it’s a favourite for both students and staff! The day kicks off with field events in the morning, followed by track events in the afternoon, when the whole school gets together.
This year, the sun shone brightly (a little too brightly), prompting us to make some last-minute adjustments to ensure everyone could fully enjoy the day.
A huge congratulations to everyone who participated, and a special shout-out to our winning scholars, tutor groups, and this year’s Victrix and Victor Ludorum! We also want to extend our gratitude to the Ernulf staff; your energy and enthusiasm are always infectious. A special mention goes to those staff members who jumped in at the last minute to join the students in their races—your spirit truly embodies the essence of Sports Day at Ernulf Academy!
And as always, we welcomed Frank’s Ices ice cream van, which was an especially welcomed addition this year with the sun out in full force.
This event is a fantastic opportunity for all of us to come together, celebrate, and have some fun. We can’t wait to do it all over again next year!
