Students at Ernulf Academy have achieved a fantastic set of GCSE and BTEC results for 2025, including a huge increase in the number of children who achieved a grade 4 or above in English and maths.
In 2024, 53 per cent of students achieved a grade 4 or above, yet in 2025, this moved up to 63 per cent.
The number of children achieving a grade 5 or above in English and maths has moved up from 28 per cent in 2024 to 38 per cent in 2025.
A notable mention goes to Jack Keane, who achieved seven grade 9s, one grade 8 and two grade 7s.
Freya Reeves attained five grade 9s and five grade 8s.
Lottie Walker achieved five grade 9s, three 8s and one 6.
Katie Lomas picked up two grade 9s, two 8s, two 7s, two 6s and a 5.
Olivia Osborne attained two grade 9s, an 8, one 7, two 6s and three 5s.

“This is a brilliant set of fantastic results from our young people and I have really enjoyed seeing so many happy smiling faces in our school today.
“They absolutely deserve the grades they’ve received, and we wish them lots of luck for the future.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year as principal at Ernulf, and look forward to continuing our accelerated improvement journey.”
