Homework at Ernulf Academy
Homework is important for building habits of learning and study, to support scholars in class knowledge, and to help them in achieving the best possible outcomes and grades.
Homework at the academy is set on a weekly basis, and the homework for each week is sent to scholars school outlook email address and parents/carers every Monday. Maths and English homework is set on Sparx, and all other subjects are set on Carousel.
To log into the Sparx platform scholars just use their email address, for example, E1234@astreaernulf.org. you will also need to use your school password, which is the same password they would use to log into the computers in school. If you are struggling to answer a question on Sparx Maths, there is an explainer video available for every question.

To log into Carousel, scholars simply click the links within the homework table in the correct year sheet below.
Below are the links to homework for each year group, new links are communicated to parents/carers and scholars every Monday with clear dates and times for completion.
If there are any problems with your child’s homework/homework links, please reach out to your child’s tutor in the first instance, using their school email address. You can also reach out to a subject teacher if your queries are subject specific. If you feel you still need support, please reach out to Mr Richardson – Alex.Richardson-Pri@astreaernulf.org
Homework Club is also available Monday – Thursday after school from 3.15 PM – 4.15 PM in the Library. Homework Club is accessible to any student and during this time they can access a computer to complete their homework and get help from teachers.
